SheBad Beauty wasn't born from perfection. It was born from healing.
There was a time in my life when I didn't truly love myself.
On the outside, I smiled. I kept going. I showed up for everyone around me. But inside, I struggled with my self-worth. I never felt beautiful enough, worthy enough, or confident enough. I had spent so much of my life pouring into others that somewhere along the way, I forgot how to pour into myself.
Life brought heartbreak, disappointment, and difficult seasons that left me questioning who I was. During that time, I realized something powerful:
No one could love me the way I needed to love myself.
That realization changed everything.
Instead of allowing my pain to define me, I decided to let it transform me. I began creating body butters in my kitchen—not just to care for my skin, but as a form of therapy. Every batch became a reminder that healing often begins with the smallest acts of self-care. What started as a personal journey slowly became a purpose greater than myself.
